About the Millennium Fellow
Hanin Hamid Al-Nasiry is a student in the clinical nutrition department at Al-Razi University. She is also a basketball player and judo participant in the Republic championship in Yemen. Hanin has played basketball championship in Arab countries and did judo in Tunisia Carthage. Hanin values collaboration and enjoys particiating in events, seminars and conferences.
Hanin is excited about acquiring experiences and skills that she can bring back to the field of therapeutic nutrition, and reflect those experiences on the Yemeni community, which needs a lot of community awareness work to raise the level of health awareness and good nutrition. Especially since the Yemeni community suffers from difficult humanitarian and living conditions and lack of nutrition and widespread poverty is scary because of war siege.
