Throughout the Millennium Fellowship program, SIFS aims to accomplish the following goals:
Host 5 food security workshops reaching a total of 400 students to help students access food assistance (impact will be tracked with pre/post surveys).
Organize 10 campaigns to volunteer in the Food for Thought Garden with an expected total attendance of 300 students.
Identify the number/type of food insecurity issues that students face with a campus-wide survey.
Create 1 institutional agreement to improve food options for students in the campus food facilities.
Open and Manage the first on-campus Food Bank for the Ozarks community.
Reduce campus food waste by creating 1 food reclamation agreement to distribute edible food to students on and off campus.
