“I am so excited because finally there is a platform for me to put into work my passion. As a student I help patients with my stipend which may not be enough anyway but I'm also happy I did. Now as a fellow I can learn more on how to improve human well being..”
Millennium Fellowship Project: The Latter Harvest Foundation
The Latter Harvest Foundation has two main goals. Our first goal is to pay hospital bills for some patients who are not able to pay their bills and as well help them purchase some of their drugs. I have seen patients die because of lack of funds. Our second goal is to reach students in junior and senior secondary schools to improve self-esteem and sensitize them about depression and how to help people around them who are depressed.
