“I'm excited to learn and be representative of the UN Global Goals in my community. I'm ready to be qualified to get projects on track to attack these issues and get to the goal. This will help my actual projects and those I work on in my future.”

Millennium Fellowship Project

The ecoCAT - Con tu Envase un Cambio se Hace is a project that aims to stop the use of styrofoam in Colegio Americano de Torreón and reduce the use of PET bottles. It promotes the use of alternatives and teaches students the effects of this material. In order to have these impacts be wider, a new project is beginning; promoting alternative solutions to the use of disposable materials and using the saved money (1 or 2 pesos) for a donation. *No use of styrofoam in CAT and the amount of businesses that join the movement.
