Delaney Bucker is the co-founder of SPARK, a program that creates early university exposure for low-opportunity background youth. This is done by (1) leveraging the pre-established mentor-mentee relationships through the partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona and (2) taking advantage of the numerous, diverse resources and facilities ASU offers. By November, SPARK will have prototyped, refined, and advanced their current model to one to be implemented at the larger scale across the ASU campus.  In her free time, Delaney enjoys getting outside to connect with nature, traveling to explore new cultures, and continuing to become a lifelong learner.
