Millennium Fellowship Project
Future of Africa (FOA) operates on a mission of equipping young people to lead social change in their communities. The NGO currently focuses on advocating for right and dignity of street children in Accra. As a Feminist, Isatou’s focus under HERFOA is to empower the girls on the street through mentorship, skill development, and education. Some of the goals they have set to accomplish include making at least 30 items including handcrafted bags and story books by the end of September, conduct at least 8 street outreaches by November, and be able to organize a women leadership conference by December 2018.
