Glitz PAMB is a company that aims to support young girls from under privileged communities improve their hands on skills. They are planning to offer entrepreneurial skills such as sewing, bead making, and several others skills to help young girls.
About the Millennium Fellow
Maureen Molly Basemera is currently studying Business Administration at Ashesi University College. She finds each step in her academics as an opportunity for her to make a difference in the lives of those around her. With the help of her friends and family, she has developed interests in sports, hiking and numbers. She uses her free time to tutor children in her community. Currently, her strongest skills are in math and computing. She believes that with the constant and rapid changes in the technology, everyone needs basic knowledge in math and computers. Maureen aspires to use her knowledge and skills to improve the health and education sector in her home town.
