UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MILLENNIUM CAMPUS NETWORK PROUDLY PRESENT ZOHAL ARBABZADA, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2018.
"I am overwhelmingly excited to be a Millennium Fellow as it is a chance to be part of a global initiative to make real, measurable change. It will be a change to get a glimpse of the international stage , whilst also meeting other individuals and sharing our different perspectives, ideas and projects. To me it is a global form of collaboration which I am proud to be a part of."
P.E.A.C.E in Western Sydney, is the Millennium Fellowship Project created by Fellows at Western Sydney University which focuses on promotion, education, awareness, campaigns and empowerment in order to address SDG 12 and UNAI 9. Both focus on sustainable consumption which is currently a hot topic in Australia and in particular New South Wales.
Zohal Arbabzada is a student at Western Sydney University studying a Bachelor of Communication/ Bachelor of International Studies. She has aspirations to pursue a career in the communication/media field, most likely as a journalist. A member of the Academy at Western Sydney University, Zohal prides herself on the importance of both academic excellence and community engagement. With an infinite passion for writing, books and reading, Zohal has an idealistic world-view that she would like to continue to build upon.
