UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MILLENNIUM CAMPUS NETWORK PROUDLY PRESENT BRIANA MELVILLE, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2018.
"I believe that for perceptions to shift, they need to be tackled from all angles to disrupt the status quo. I am ecstatic and very humbled to be a Millennium Fellow, striving to prove that no matter the size, everyone can contribute to achieving our SDG’s by 2030. This community is an inspiring platform to share passions and collaborate internationally and I cannot wait to see where it progresses to."
I am a passionate change maker within the business sector, aiming to transform ethical and sustainable practises through consulting in Human Resources. As a researcher, I believe there can be a lot learnt from stepping out of your discipline and engaging with successes and challenges of other fields.
P.E.A.C.E in Western Sydney is a framework for disrupting unsustainable practices and current ideology within our University and wider community.
This framework will advance UNAI 9, Sustainable Consumption as well as inspire SDG 17, Partnership for the Goals.
