ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2018
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2018, students applied to join the Class of 2018 on 285 campuses across 57 nations. 30 campuses worldwide (just 11%) were selected to host the 530 Millennium Fellows in the global pilot this year.
The Class of 2018 is bold, innovative, and inclusive. Millennium Fellows' Projects are projected to positively impact the lives of over 310,000 people worldwide this year.

Millennium Fellowship Project
The Crazy Person's Guide is meant to promote a culture of change, encouraging community members to learn about how they can contribute to a more sustainable world, directing them towards the resources and skill sets to live sustainably. The project focuses on educating people on how to take actions and make lifestyle changes of positive sustainability impacts, equipping them with knowledge and solutions that could be applied at home, in school, and at work, further highlighting the impact of small community-wide actions have on sustainability.
Fayrooz is a Jordanian American living in Phoenix. She is currently attending Arizona State University, and is pursuing a bachelor's of science in interior design, and a bachelor's of science in sustainability (sustainable energy, technology, and materials). She is curious by nature, so when she is not reading about new things and places, she is out exploring them!
