" There is an idiom in Chinese Drops of water outwear the stone. It means useless action adds-on can bring huge impacts. Climate change should be awared by everyone, so we should start from our own community to have adds-on impact if we would like everyone to know the importance of climate change. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Spread environmental friendly consciousness
If we would like everyone to know more about environment, we have to start from people around us. The project will be carried out in our own community--campus and Greenville area. The team would like to see the reduction of consumptions and waste. The measurements will be the amount of car use per person every day and trash bags every day per house. The intervention will be lecturing about current situation of climate change and harmful impacts we have already brought. Hopefully people from the community can realize the seriousness of current situation and spread the awareness to their friends or family to a wider population.
