ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Betterlife sanitation solutions

The project is centered around providing people in indigent areas with proper and adequate sanitory facilities. Our major aim is to curb the menace of open defecation by taking on the burden of sanitation. We are doing this by the establishment of hygiene hubs in these indigent communities.

About the Millennium Fellow

Fafure Adeleke is a young leader with a strong drive to make an impact. He is a strong SDG advocate with keen interest in WASH, child education and health. He is also the president of the faculty of basic medical science student association, University of Ibadan.
