ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2020

United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2020, 15,159 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2020 on 1,458 campuses across 135 nations.  80 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 1,000+ Millennium Fellows.  The Class of 2020 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Millennium Fellowship Project: NextStep Educators

NextStep Educators is a program that advocates for education equity in schools across Orange Country. The project will measure its impact by hosting bi-weekly meetings. Meetings will host trainings on things students actually need such as; College readiness, career info, basic finance, etc. Success will be defined by reaching to 100 students throughing the Millennium Fellowship duration.

About the Millennium Fellow

Joshua Perez is a driven student, he is dedicated to advocating for the underdog and constantly putting himself out of his comfort zone. He hopes to use his experience to not only forward his passion for service but to grow as well-rounded person.
