" I am excited about the Millennium Fellowship because it's an opportunity to learn. I am also very optimistic because I will network with some great minds around the globe and together we can make a remarkable impact in our various societies and the world at large. I want to impact young ladies around the world but I must first start from my society so the Millennium Fellowship is a good platform that will push that dream to become a reality. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Promoting Health awareness among young women
My Fellowship project is focused on educating young women on the dangers of some practices on their health and also exposing to them some signs of infections they should be cautious about. Basically my project is channelled towards helping young ladies to uphold good practices that will prevent them from certain harm now and in the future ,they will also be taught good healthy lifestyle.
Between August and December, my goal is to reach out to about 1000 young women and ensure they understand the female reproductive system and how their body works, common infections that affect women, dangers to their health ,how to stay healthy, their menstrual cycle e.t.c
