" Kalam Ko Salam's purpose is to encourage underprivileged children by offering them free guidance, mentoring, and education. In early 2021, our project began to include differently-abled people from the autism spectrum, ranging in age from 15 to 51 years old, to assist them in learning and being creative. By guiding students, we help them acquire independence. I'm excited to be a Millennium Fellow because I'll be learning new skills that I can hopefully apply to my project. As a result, my projects will have a greater impact on the lives of more people. It also boosts my morale and provides me with a larger platform for future impact. Learning from the best people broadens my knowledge, which leads to improved future social impact work on my part. The Millennium Fellows programme has given me the opportunity to present my project to a global audience. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Kalam Ko Salam

Kalam Ko Salam's purpose is to encourage underprivileged children by offering them free guidance, mentoring, and education. In early 2021, our project began to include differently-abled people from the autism spectrum, ranging in age from 15 to 51 years old, to assist them in learning and being creative. By guiding students, we help them acquire independence. We hope to give students fundamental computer skills, financial literacy, and moral instruction. These students are the future of the world. We guide them and show them the correct path, so in the future, they will play a vital role and have a positive impact on society. We have regular donation drives to give these kids new clothes and stationery items. Some parts of our university are under construction and the labor there is on a daily wage. Their children were not getting any education. Therefore, we also provide basic education and two-time meals to 17 students on 3 days of the week. By bringing education to the most underprivileged members of society, we hope to remove the darkness of illiteracy and ignorance.
