Millennium Fellowship Project: The Orion Project

The Orion project is aimed at actively engaging people in personal empowerment and development and mental health awareness through extensive use of visual art media. This will be done through art and crafts demonstrations, exhibitions, and art hangouts themed with engaging mental health issues and related problems in our society while actively creating value for participants.
It will also serve as an outreach to small scale artisans and self-taught artists to bring them more exposure and have their messages reach more people.
This project is aimed at both the young and old as these are equally important phases of life with rich experiences and stories to share. Dialogues aimed at creating a spark in people's lives towards creativity and expression to better their lives.
Proceeds made from these exhibitions actively goes back to helping the community and showing them hope of making something out of seemingly nothing.
