Millennium Fellowship Project: The Lavender Tiger
The Lavender Tiger (TLT) is dedicated to providing urgent financial assistance to Transgender People of Color across the U.S., helping to ensure stability in housing, food, and safety during times of crisis. Through direct cash transfers, TLT offers immediate and meaningful support, having already distributed $650+ to 20+ individuals. The name "Lavender Tiger" captures the spirit of the project, uniting the strength and resilience of the tiger with the compassion and healing of lavender, reflecting a commitment to solidarity and care in moments of need.
