Millennium Fellowship Project: Providing Quality Education to my Community
Providing Quality Education to My Community
The aim of my project was to improve access to quality education within my community by coming up with supportive learning privileges for teenagers who lack adequate educational resources especially in the secondary school. As a Millennium Fellow from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Samaru-Zaria Campus, Nigeria, I am fully committed to addressing the learning gaps occasioned by limited study materials, poor learning environments, and lack of mentorship.
Through this project, I was able to carefully utilize the already structured learning sessions put in place by the school management for good learning and then provided essential academic support to the students. The goal was to empower students with knowledge, build their confidence, and promote a culture of learning that can positively influence the entire community.
