United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Voices Unheard
Voices unheard tends to address the issues surrounding people not being able to speak up because of stigmatization. The project aimed at addressing reason why students should speak up whenever there's an issue and to also create enabling environment so others can speak up as well.
About the Millennium Fellow
Favour Omomeji is a fourth-year medical student at Ekiti State University. She resides in Ado Ekiti and is a devoted Christian with a strong passion for quality healthcare delivery and access to education. Favour actively promotes her commitment to quality healthcare by organizing medical outreach programs in her community through her medical student association. So far, she has impacted over 500 individuals through these community-based outreaches and health campaigns. She also started a project in 2024 tagged #projectEducateAll when she visited a rural community to educate the students about the role of education in transforming lives, she and her team are still working on taking the project to several other rural communities.
