United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Youths4change Initiative - Nigeria

Ibrahim Adamu is a dedicated student at the Federal University of Lafia, and a proud alumni of Spring Valley College of Health Sciences, Business and Technology, Lusaka. His academic journey has been deeply shaped by his passion for healthcare, service and community development. Beyond the classroom, Ibrahim is a committed volunteer who channels his energy into supporting vulnerable populations; particularly street children, orphans and refugees.
Motivated by compassion and a strong sense of social responsibility, he has been actively involved in various humanitarian activities aimed at improving the lives of underserved children. His goal is to extend a helping hand to those in need by partnering with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and community-based initiatives that share his vision. Through these partnerships, he hopes to provide not only immediate relief but also long-term support in areas such as education, healthcare, and emotional well-being.
Ibrahim believes that every child deserves a chance to grow in a safe and nurturing environment. With the right network and support, he is determined to make a sustainable impact on the lives of children who are often forgotten by society; restoring their hope and empowering them for a better future.
