Grambling State University | Louisiana, United States | Advancing SDG 6, SDG 3 & UNAI 2

" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it allows me to align my passion for service, leadership, and innovation with a global network of change makers. I do this work because I believe that sustainable impact begins with empowering communities and inspiring others to lead with purpose. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: HydroSure Inc.
My team and I are undertaking a project that allows our local community and also the university students, to have safe and clean drinking water for free. Many of us around here suffer from the lack of quality water. We plan to source the underground waters, treat them, and pump portable water through pipes to storage tanks and homes in the area. This is just our little way of keeping people healthy in our community and making sure everyone has this essential resource available.
