" Sustainable business is my passion—I believe even small actions by businesses can create powerful ripple effects. Embedding sustainability and responsible practices into business is essential for long-term impact. The Millennium Fellowship excites me because it offers the chance to connect with like-minded peers, share our passions, support one another, and refine our projects. This opportunity will help me hone my idea, create real impact, contribute to the SDGs, and be inspired by a global community working toward change. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainability Database
The Sustainability Database is a public, open-source platform dedicated to cataloguing sustainable businesses across Australia and New Zealand. It supports UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) by making sustainability practices transparent, accessible, and free to use for consumers, students, educators, and researchers.
Our aim is to build a knowledge base that supports ethical enterprise and encourages informed, responsible decision-making throughout the economy.
