Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainable Agriculture and Nutritious Food
The project on 'Sustainable Agriculture and Nutritious Food' focuses on promoting eco friendly farming practices that conserve natural resources, reduce chemical dependency, and ensure long term soil fertility. It also emphasizes the production and availability of diverse, safe, and nutrient rich foods to improve human health. By integrating sustainable farming techniques with awareness on balanced diets, the project aims to address both environmental challenges and malnutrition, contributing to food security and community well being.
About the Millennium Fellow
Md Rifat is a passionate BSc (Hons) Agriculture student at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and technology University , dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture and climate resilient farming systems. He integrates technology and science to address food security challenges. Selected for the Millennium Fellowship, Rifat aims to empower communities through innovative, eco friendly farming practices. His vision is to contribute to global sustainability by developing solutions that balance productivity, resilience, and environmental health.
