" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it provides me with a platform to merge my passions for sustainability, leadership, and innovation, while amplifying my work in creating transparent and fair value chains from farmers to consumers, in alignment with global goals. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Vihanga
Vihanga is a sustainability-driven initiative that connects over 35,000 farmers with consumers through transparent value chains. Through projects like Raddis Cotton, we support farmers financially and technically while recording detailed data on farming practices, organic standards, and fair payments. By simply scanning a QR code, consumers can trace a product’s journey—from farm to fabric—ensuring authenticity, sustainability, and fair value for all stakeholders.
