" "Passion for public health and community well-being fuels my work, and the Millennium Fellowship offers the perfect platform to expand my impact. By connecting with global change makers, I hope to refine my skills, gain fresh perspectives, and scale my initiative on healthy breakfasts for students. This opportunity excites me because it aligns my personal mission with the SDGs, turning small actions into lasting change." "
Millennium Fellowship Project: D3 Project
The D3 Project: Declutter, Donate, Develop is a zero-budget, student and community led initiative that transforms unused items into opportunities for equity, dignity, and sustainability. Through awareness, donation hubs, and creative development activities, we connect everyday actions to the UN SDGs (1, 3, 4, 10, 12). Our main goals are: * Collect and redistribute 500+ essential items across health, education, clothing, and sustainability domains. * Engage 150+ students and community members in awareness campaigns and creative workshops. * Establish at least 4 permanent D3 Donation Hubs on campus and in local neighborhoods. * Train and certify 50+ D3 Ambassadors to sustain and scale the initiative.
