" I'm excited to meet young, like minded people who will help me and encourage me to achieve my goals. I've always wanted to be part of a community that appreciates and understands the necessity of advocacy and the beauty of attaining social justice. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Speak Spectrum: Voix Du Changement
My project- Voix Du Changement was aimed at providing about two hundred junior high school students with the leadership and public speaking skills needed to make positive change. The project focused on improving SDG 4 and 10 as well as CRC article 2 and 12.
During the fellowship, we were able to equip 150 students with the leadership and public skills needed to start their social impact journey. We were also able to inspire and encourage students to identify and address problems in their communities, thereby boosting their critical thinking skills.
