FORTRESS aligns with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, which seeks to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all. Many teenagers face challenges with personal hygiene and limited guidance on sexual health, making them vulnerable to preventable illnesses and risky behaviors. This project addresses these gaps by providing hygiene kits and educating adolescents on proper hygiene practices and sexual abstinence. By equipping them with both resources and knowledge, FORTRESS fosters healthier lifestyles, reduces exposure to infections, and empowers young people to make informed choices. Ultimately, it contributes to building a healthier, more resilient generation.
