" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it offers me the platform to amplify my voice, deepen my impact, and join a global community committed to healing and transformation.
I do this work because I believe that every wounded soul deserves light, healing, and the chance to flourish—this Fellowship gives me the tools to make that vision a reality.
Becoming a Millennium Fellow excites me because it connects my passion for mental health and healing with a global movement of young leaders creating lasting change. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Light For the Wounded Soul
Light for the Wounded Soul is a healing space for those carrying invisible pain. This project is for the ones who feel numb after years of pretending. For the ones who cry in secret, smile in public, and wonder if anyone really sees them. It’s for people battling anxiety that steals their breath, depression that dims every color, and trauma that still echoes from the past. Whether you’re struggling with rejection, trauma, molestation, past hurts, heartbreak, grief, betrayal, loneliness, or shame—this space was made for you. Inside, you’ll find comforting words, gentle guidance, and hope-filled resources to help you breathe again, feel again, believe again. "Light to the wounded soul" is a project where healing can begin. You’re not too broken. You’re not alone. And your soul still has light.
