Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Resource Hub
The Mental Health Resource Hub is a campus-based initiative designed to promote emotional well-being, mental health awareness, and access to supportive resources among students. The project provides workshops, peer-led discussions, self-help materials, and referral information to help students better understand their mental health and access safe, stigma-free support. The goal is to empower students with knowledge, coping tools, and a community that prioritizes mental wellness. Through awareness campaigns, resource sharing, and interactive sessions, the project fosters a healthier campus environment where individuals feel seen, supported, and encouraged to seek help when needed.
