" Becoming a Millennium Fellow is an opportunity to turn my passion into reality and achieve meaningful change. It offers a space to learn, grow and work alongside others who are also committed to creating a better future.
I believe in building a world where mental health and medical well-being are being prioritized and where every individual feels seen, heard and supported "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health; Effects on the Medical community.

This project focuses on creating awareness about mental health, addressing the stigma around it, and helping people clearly understand what mental health means before encouraging them to care for it.
A three-day webinar was organized on the effects of mental health on the medical community, including practical solutions and shared experiences on how to manage mental health challenges. The project serves the medical community, including doctors, medical students, and other medical professionals, and helps them understand that medicine is not always easy and that mental health is essential to sustaining the profession and personal well-being.
