ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2018
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2018, students applied to join the Class of 2018 on 285 campuses across 57 nations. 30 campuses worldwide (just 11%) were selected to host the 530 Millennium Fellows in the global pilot this year.
The Class of 2018 is bold, innovative, and inclusive. Millennium Fellows' Projects are projected to positively impact the lives of over 310,000 people worldwide this year.

We want to help people, who wants to make a change, to found each other and collaborate to increase their opportunity to impact others through innovation, a sense of service, and leadership.”
Millennium Fellowship Project
Changemakers UDEM is a a student group focused on the development of a network community of students, professors, universities and organizations that want to make a social impact through projects, entrepreneurship and innovative ideas. All of these with the collaboration of key partners, like Ashoka and the other universities in the country that are part of this project. Their goals are aligned to several events and activities that they will organize to boost the net:

About the Millennium Fellow
Mitzi Elizabeth Gonzalez Medrano is a student at University of Monterrey and she is from Tijuana. She is studying Global Business and she is a member of the Scouts of Mexico and Drivers of Change UDEM. Changemakers UDEM was initiated in January thanks to the Ashoka NAC Fund that gave them the opportunity to uplift the networking between changemaker students, professor, and external to the university. They are now four different universities collaborating to achieve the goal to generate and strength the network between any person who wants to make a change.
