United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship.  In the three months the application was open in 2018, students applied to join the Class of 2018 on 285 campuses across 57 nations.  30 campuses worldwide (just 11%) were selected to host the 530 Millennium Fellows in the global pilot this year. 

The Class of 2018 is bold, innovative, and inclusive. Millennium Fellows' Projects are projected to positively impact the lives of over 310,000 people worldwide this year.

Millennium Fellowship Project

The name of the Project is CARE AND LOVE FOR ALL. The goal of this project is To be a global charitable network inclusively engaging more economic disadvantaged communities than any other charitable fellowships while operating on virtues of humility and empathy. The project will organize 5 groups of street children each containing 10 members through the help of local leaders and the Uganda police. The project team shall raise over $3500 to help in buying some materials that the team shall require for those children as well as food for their well being and other basic needs

About the Millennium Fellow

Wandera Isaac is Ugandan aged 23 years. He attended East Kololo primary school, Nakifuma Modern secondary school for ordinary level and Kololo secondary school for advanced level. Currently he is pursuing undergraduate degree in biotechnology at Makerere University. He like music but a sports man good at playing football
