" I am overwhelmed to be a Millennium Fellow as this is an opening to improve my creative capacity. I'm truly looking forward to meeting young students like myself with diverse perspectives to gain knowledge from them and contribute to their outlook of the society. It has always been a dream of mine to be a part of a society that will allow me to express my love for SDGs, UNAI principles and mentoring. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: START

My project is advocating for First aid(SDG3). It involves training students on First aid box misconceptions, DR ABCD (Unconsciousness), Bleeding , Choking,Bites and Stings, Sprain and strain, wounds (cuts), Epilepsy and seizure,CPR, Checking of pulse, Recovery position, Figure-8 bandaging and Shock. As a member of the Nigerian Red cross I got at least 1 other member to assist me. To also reach a larger audience weekly graphics were released on first aid misconceptions as I provided contents based on what i realized the university students don't know about first aid. These were posted on WhatsApp and the society's social media handles
