In 2021, over 25,000 young leaders on 2,000+ campuses across 153 nations applied to join the Class of 2021. 136 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 2,000+ Millennium Fellows. The Class of 2021 is bold, innovative, and inclusive.

Human Life Mission Uganda
Vision
Conserve, Protect, and Restore the creation and save the World's environment by planting
indigenous trees to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions caused by fossil fuels affecting
Climate change and life in earth.
Our Aims or Goals
Raise seedlings in nursery beds as well as planting them in the community, promote
sensitization/awareness in religious centres and entire community on the effects and
consequences of climate change, enhance the capacity of farming households to apply
appropriate technologies and sustainable farming practices, mobilize and train young people in
music and drama groups, to compose, mine and rap songs in relation to environmental
protection, promote community based healthcare, improved nutrition, water and sanitation,
assist vulnerable members to access a better education and economic development activities
through group work/SACCO savings programs, organize workshops, seminars and Green week
conferences and festivals every year to pass on the message of climate action.

About the Millennium Fellow

Wuula Rogers Leobenston is His Name, A strong, intelligent, Proactive, Organised and Credible with Strong Leadership and Management Skills. He is doing Social Work and Social Administration at Uganda Christian University Mbale Campus. That Millennium Fellor is very happy to hear that 17th November Millennium Fellowship Graduation will be the same day for His Birth Day. His Climate Action Vision began in 2003 when He saw that Climate Change is a major contributor of the world's problems causing high morbidity, mortality rates and disability adjusted life years especially in low income countries. He registered "Human Life Mission Uganda" as a Community Based Organisation and it's major purpose was to concentrate on SDG 13 Climate Action. The Organisation existed for a few years and later failed in 2017 because He was unskilled and incompetent to run it. Today He is part of Millennium Fellowship to gain professional skills and experience to take a social impact in the community. Planting more trees as he can to reduce the impact of Green House Gases Emissions from Atmosphere and to continue with the same project of climate action after Campus.
