" My project “Developing Entrepreneurial Skills among Female Students”, I believe that female college students have multiple abilities and skills that needs to be polished and enhance. However, all of them are not aware with their individual skills and strengths. They are capable, skillful but do not have enough knowledge, resources and orientation to exhibit their individual skills. According to me, it is essential to provide them exposure, orientation, entrepreneurial opportunities that can develop empowerment and enable them to become financially independent and to become their own boss. However the SDGs that are included in my project are Gender Equality and Quality Education.
Women are the largest untapped reservoir of talent in the world. (Hillary Clinton) "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Developing Entrepreneurial Skills among Female Students

I intend to pursue this project because I have observed that in Pakistan, Universities have ORICS (Office of Research and Commercialization) or incubation centers to facilitate their female students to transform their entrepreneurial intention into execution. This led me to think about the government colleges having female students who do not have any opportunity to transform their idea into reality. I believe that female students have multiple abilities and skills that needs to be polished and enhance. However, all of them are not aware and orient with their individual skills and strengths. They are capable, skillful but do not have enough knowledge, resources and orientation to exhibit their individual skill. According to me, it is essential to provide them exposure, orientation, entrepreneurial opportunities that can develop empowerment and enable them to become financially independent.
