" "Being bold and innovative is an approach we need to have to impact change and make meaningful differences in the injustices we encounter and live through in the world. Through the Millennium Fellowship I can move human rights and sustainability ahead with the vast and diverse platform that we are afforded." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Un-Veiled

The project I aim to create pertains to the topic of feminism. It is a deliberate choice due to the preconceived notions of feminism that many young adults have. Mostly, it is thought of as a radical ideology that is supported only by a certain margin of society. However, my project aims to fill in the gaps of these preconceived notions through a podcast that will explain that feminism is much more than just equality for the sexes, it is about legal rights that we do not often think about in the perspective of the women, it is also to have a viable discussion about the issues that we face in a modern tech world. The podcast will touch on all aspects possible about the intricacies and issues women face on a daily basis that often gets overlooked. By addressing these issues in a podcast we can then begin to intervene and do something about these injustices or inadequacies in the law.

About the Millennium Fellow
