" I believe the most valuable thing in this world is opportunity because sometimes all it takes for someone to be successful is a chance to do so. Being a tool which will bring about an holistic change to the world at large, is one dream which I consider to be of utmost importance.
My goals are the major factors fueling my desire to be a Millennium Fellow. I have realistic goals and aspirations, and I wish to make a contribution to the betterment of society as a whole. It has been a lifelong dream of mine, to leave a legacy that continues to influence and shape the landscape that follows me. Fundamentally, it is not so much about me as it is about others. I frequently ask myself what can I contribute to improve the world. How can I, in my own way, make things better for others.

Nelson Mandela once said; " “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” I totally agree with the statement. As such i have begun what you may consider my quest to leave an imprint in the world by taking advantage of the educational
Opportunities in my country which has brought me to the point where i am currently pursuing a degree in medicine and surgery. My mid term goal is to be a licensed physician and a member of the West African College of Physicians (WACP). Since the world is constantly been faced with a myriad of health challenges and people are constantly under threats of infections resulting in high mortality rate, pain and suffering including poverty , it is part of my long term goals to be a frontliner in the army of the compassionate that will tackle the health issues that humanity faces. Even though i agree with those who say that health issues cannot be completely eliminated, i am certain that every extra effort will count in a lot of ways. "
