" "To get a future one could have never thought of is what the power of imagination and creativity holds. A book, a pen and a Teacher is all that one needs to ignite this power. Imagination is what will act as a catalyst to my work. Being a part of Millennium Fellowship will challenge my existing skillset and encourage me to think and create something out of the box. The expertise that I can gain from being a part of the Fellowship will help me become a bold student and allow me to celebrate all my endeavors. The skills gained will help me make a social impact in various communities which will be in accordance with the UNAI principles and the SDGS. I am excited to increase my level of competence by educating and being educated simulataneously, and finding new ways to encourage imgination, innovation and creativity" "

"one child, one book, one teacher, one pen can change the world"- Malala Yousafzai.

We can bring the CHANGE. Education seems to be the only way to a happy and peaceful life. To obtain the change many of us talk about, we plan to do certain activities and a few webinars.

Since many children in India tend to drop out of school early due to unavoidable circumstances, and the problem mainly exists in rural areas, we can conduct teaching sessions by visiting their places. We will not only try and encourage the children to pursue higher education but also have interactive sessions with the guardians and let them know the ways by which they can get help and send their child to school.

We can also conduct small-scale book collection drives, which will not only include books related to only technical studies but novels and comics as well to increase their horizon. We can also conduct some fundraising events, donate the money to NGOs, basically the ones at a grassroots level, and see that the amount reaches those who need it.

Education does not only mean books, and as the world is growing competitive with new talents being born every day, we plan to conduct some cultural events. We can run dance, singing and art competitions.

Sex education has been taboo for a long time, and the problem lies in rural and urban areas. We plan to conduct sessions offline and online and spread awareness regarding the same. We will try to remove the taboo around periods, how to be safe and hygienic, and all sources to contact in time of need. We will also try to raise awareness towards acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community. Along the lines of raising awareness, we can conduct webinars for people belonging to the community and let them know who can help them and where they can find help. We can also spread awareness and teach measures related to population control, privacy, etc.

We can also conduct some adult literacy programs for those who haven't had an opportunity to learn essential life skills or try something new.
