पुनरुत्थान: Enhancing youth’s mental and reproductive well being is a group project that is run by millennium fellow of Patan Academy of Health Sciences. "पुनरुत्थान" is a Nepali term that means revitalize in english. Our project focuses on two major agendas mental health and reproductive health and through this we aim to empower individuals with knowledge, resources, and support to lead healthier lives, fostering a balanced and vibrant society.
Our plan is to provide youth with opportunities for positive adult and peer communication about reproductive health and rights, consent, and mental health eradicate stigmas regarding them.
We will Provide youth with information on the health risks of early marriage and child-bearing and intimate partner violence (IPV). Provide youth with information about romantic relationships including how to identify healthy from unhealthy relationships.
We will also form open group discussion forum for youth having mental health issues so that they could share their journey and motivation among eachother.
