ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM FELLOWSHIP - CLASS OF 2019
United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. In the three months the application was open in 2019, over 7,000 young leaders applied to join the Class of 2019 on 1,209 campuses across 135 nations. 69 campuses worldwide (just 6%) were selected to host the 805 Millennium Fellows.
During the Millennium Fellowship, Millennium Fellows' dedicated 96,705 hours and their 422 unique projects positively impacted the lives of 564,366 people worldwide.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Youth perspective
Youth perspective is an initiative for maximizing youth involvement in sustainable development by putting together a community of writers task and creating quality content that addresses, dissects and provide in depth schaloraly study of socio economic and socio political problem that are hurdle in the journey toward sustainable development. This content in the form of studies, features and articles will be hosted on our website with global outreach with the aim of approaching global community and concerned in international agencies to provide viable solutions. Additionally the existing body of writers has put together curriculum that will be taught to more university students who want to be tha part of community of young change makers. The initiative will also highlight the preexisting projects.
Hence the overall purpose is to inform and assist the youth by engaging them in dialogue and practice(writing) for purpose oriented sensitization followed by the capacity building.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sania gulzar is a girl of strong believes. She believes that by helping other she can improve her community. For this sake she
has worked as a teacher in a school to educate poor children because she believes as literacy rate increases its is better for society and the country. She has participated in charity race. She has organized a community blood drive. In this way she met with new people, her exposure increases and results in personal growth.
