" Being a Millennium Fellow will not only hone my skills but provide me the networking opportunities. It will also allow you to be part of the global network of change-makers who are working on making the world better. It will also help me to listen to great speakers and inspire me to do more towards the cause. I will also be able to connect to various people around the world that will give me insight into their perspectives which will broaden my mind and thud further felicitating in my aim. Above all the Millennium Fellowship will legitimize my cause and help me reach a larger number of people globally helping me spread awareness about mental health. This program will help me to become a stronger advocate for my social issue and will further motivate me to be a conscious citizen and inspire others to be the same.
Moreover, since my cause of mental health and well-being requires immediate attention, Millennium Fellowship is the perfect platform to make people take notice of the same. It will help make my voice heard and will ensure that my solutions are constantly improvised through the insights received from my Fellow beings. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Namaste Soul

The project that I pursued during the time of fellowship is a mobile app called Namaste Soul. This initiative is in line with Sustainable Development Goal - 3 i.e. Good Health and Wellbeing as the app helps in detecting mental stress and aims to provide solutions to overcome it.
When a person logs in to the app. He/She is greeted by motivating quotes. To detect the person's feelings, the app takes a photo of a person and analyzes the mood of the person. If the person is not feeling good, there are various methods to overcome the stress for e.g. 24 hours Meditation Radios, Habit Tracker to lead a disciplined life and Yoga Helper which aids in doing correct Yoga through A.I.
