Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Mind, Good Life

Our psychological, emotional and social well being is a very important, but, in the northern area of Nigeria where I come, it's importance is undermined. People have little or no idea about the importance of mental health. There are few organizations actively burdened with the responsibility of creating mental health awareness. For this reason, I decided to do my little quota to the world. My project is designed specifically to create mental health awareness among people of all age group, to improve interpersonal relationship, to improve general well-being, to foster mental growth, because I believe that all though processes start from the mind, and a healthy mind breeds productive life, which in turn breeds productive society.
