Millennium Fellowship Project: The People Forums
The People Forums is an endeavor to upgrade corporate wellness more scientifically
and collectively. We will be training trauma survivors to lead topical HR development
sessions as “human books” and lending them in 1-hour capsules for groups of 5-10
employees, in order to improve workplace environments. Backed by psychology and
sociology research, by facilitating deep conversations with trained Trauma survivors,
the system creates corporate workplaces that are otherwise stressful and competitive, compassionate and inclusive.
