**Project Overview:**
- **Project Title:** Wellness and Resilience for All: Tackling All Health Challenges Together
- **Objective:** To improve the overall health and well-being of the community by addressing fitness, substance abuse, sexual health, AMR, and sickle cell awareness.

**Project Goals:**
1. Raise awareness about the importance of wellness, fitness, and resilience.
2. Prevent substance abuse and promote a drug-free lifestyle.
3. Provide comprehensive sexual health education and resources.
4. Increase knowledge about antimicrobial resistance and responsible antibiotic use.
5. Enhance awareness and support for individuals with sickle cell disease stakeholders.

This comprehensive plan outlines the key elements of the "Wellness and Resilience for All" project, which aims to address multiple health challenges and promote overall well-being. It's essential to adapt and refine the plan as the project progresses and to engage the community actively in the process.

About the Millennium Fellow

Haleemah Abosede Korodo is currently a pharm.D student at the University of Ilorin with strong academic achievements and a keen interest in research and provision of effective health related information and services to people. She possesses strong leadership and communication skills with fluency in Yoruba and English. She is all for educating and impacting individuals and communities on best health practices.
