Throughout her school and college years, she has been steadfast in advocating for inclusivity and equality through her actions, both big and small.

She is a Research Intern at the Justice V R Krishna Iyer Chair on Human Rights and interned at the Kerala State Human Rights Commission.
Rithuparna strongly believes that the quality of education is a grave issue that needs to be addressed, as there is significant inequality in this area. She has a passion for Model United Nations (MUNs) and believes that such academic stimulation activities can help improve the quality of learning. However, exposure to these opportunities is often limited for the underprivileged.
Her project, "Global Minds, Local Classrooms: Elevating Education for All" aims to contribute significantly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by enhancing the quality of education for underprivileged students. Through this initiative, she seeks to create opportunities for marginalized communities, ensuring that all students have access to quality educational resources and experiences.
