My prior experiences and beliefs have ignited a desire to address complex challenges, and I believe the Fellowship will equip me with the necessary tools and network to drive meaningful change. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: We're All Ears

Over the past 14 weeks, We’re All Ears! has been a transformative initiative on campus, fostering mental health awareness and creating a safe space for open dialogue. The project has centered around a Listening Program, where individuals have been encouraged to share their feelings, experiences, and ideas in an environment filled with empathetic and supportive listeners. Throughout this period, we have organized seminars, workshops, and interactive events to break stigmas surrounding mental health and educate the community about its importance. These efforts have provided valuable resources, sparked meaningful conversations, and nurtured a culture of acceptance and understanding. The project has successfully engaged a diverse group of participants, creating a ripple effect across campus to normalize discussions around mental well-being. *We’re All Ears!* continues to inspire and empower the community to prioritize mental health and support one another with compassion and care.
