Millennium Fellowship Project: Voice Of Animals
Voice of Animals (VOA) is a heartfelt initiative on the DTU campus that cares for stray animals—dogs, cats, and even monkeys—living around the area. Many of these animal's face neglect, hunger, and injury, often without any help. VOA addresses this
by bringing together compassionate volunteers who regularly provide meals, offer medical care when needed, and raise awareness about the importance of animal welfare. Through organized feed drives and quick action to help sick or injured animals, VOA not only brings comfort to these creatures but also encourages the DTU community to join in the mission of kindness. The initiative aims to foster sense of empathy and responsibility among students and staff, creating a more compassionate campus while supporting SDG 15: Life on Land.
About the Millennium Fellow
Manish Daemrot is currently pursuing his B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing at Delhi Technological University, with plans to graduate in 2026. Hailing from Rajasthan, Manish is driven by a passion for crafting innovative tech solutions to tackle real-world challenges. His fascination with technology and its transformative potential is evident in his diverse projects and explorations. Now living in Delhi, India, Manish is eager to discover his path in the tech industry, aspiring to harness his skills to develop groundbreaking solutions that make a meaningful impact.
