Millennium Fellowship Project: Empower Teacher, Empower Education
Our project, titled "Empower Teachers, Empower Education," aligns with SDG-4 (Quality Education) and aims to support the professional growth of teachers. We believe we can improve education at its core by equipping educators with the necessary skills and tools. The primary objectives of this project are to:
1. Empower teachers by providing them with relevant, impactful training.
2. Improve the quality of education through enhanced teaching practices.
3. Highlight our achievements in equipping educators with modern teaching methods.
4. Promote Educational sustainability by ensuring lasting benefits in the classroom.
Key Elements of the Training
Our proposed training session focuses on several critical areas that are essential for effective teaching and learning:
• Lesson Planning: Structured techniques to create well-organized and engaging lessons including the following aspects
o SLOs
o Motivational Activity
o Teaching Session o Assessment Activity
About the Millennium Fellow
Sana Khan is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education. Passionate about teaching, she is dedicated to inspiring and empowering students. Her academic focus is complemented by hands-on experience through internships and volunteer work, aiming to create inclusive learning environments and innovate in educational practices.
