*Project Title:* Food Safety Campaign in UNN
*Mission Statement:* To educate students and campus food vendors on the need for safe food consumption and sales on campus, ensuring a safe and healthy food environment for students, faculty, and staff on campus.
*Problem Statement:* Foodborne illnesses and safety concerns due to improper food handling, storage, and preparation practices in campus food establishments.
*Goals and Objectives:*
1. Minimize foodborne illness incidents.
2. Improve food safety knowledge among food handlers.
3. Increase student awareness about food safety practices.

1. Food Safety Training Program

Nmema Osinachi, a diligent scholar enrolled in Agricultural Economics at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu state. She resides in Plateau state and is originally from Imo state,Nigeria. As a passionate researcher, demonstrating a profound dedication to advancing sustainable agricultural practices and advocating for gender rights, Osinachi actively engages in promoting these critical issues both on campus and within the broader community.
