Global Webinar with Andrew Maynard

On Wednesday, September 4th at 1.00 pm EDT, we hear from Andrew Maynard. Andrew is a scientist, author, and Professor of Advanced Technology Transitions at Arizona State University where he explores the future and how our actions influence it. Amongst other things, he is an elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, a member of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research President’s Research Council, and a regular contributor to the World Economic Forum list of Top Ten Emerging Technologies. Andrew writes extensively about emerging technologies and their beneficial and responsible development -- usually from a very broad perspective (although he is a physicist at heart, Andrew tends to refer to himself somewhat tongue in cheek as an "undisciplinarian" these days -- which works in multiple ways!).
